Who I am.

My name is Fabiolla (she/her) and I'm a proud Brazilian native with a B.A in Theatre Performance from James Madison University. I work nationwide as an actor and I proudly serve the Washington D.C area as a teaching artist.

What I do.

Whether classical or contemporary, smart comedies are my absolute jam. Don't get me wrong, I know a good comedy is hard to pull off but every once in a while, when all of the divine beings agree, you get that witty script with some killer artists and an audience that just GETS IT and. suddenly... laughter fills the room and we can finally let go for a little bit.

That's what I really love; having fun with an audience while they come along for the journey (and hopefully learn something too! Or not.).

But I'm in this business because I love stories in general! A soul-crushing tragedy, a heart-fluttering romance, or even a spooky horror. I love them all.

But most importantly....

I think this work is very important. It feels like a soul mission to me. I seek to create bonds between different communities and I strongly believe that through self-reflection and the sharing of stories

we are able to find more similarities than differences between one another. Can the Arts save the world? I sure think so.

WHAT REVIEWERS SAY

“Da Silva is the heart of the show and her character allows the actor to showcase her superb puzzle-making. As Yvette begins to grasp bits and pieces of her past, we witness da Silva’s craftsmanship as she weaves a breathtaking web of emotional turmoil.”

-MD THEATRE GUIDE

“Fabiolla Da Silva as Gwen shoulders much of the play’s heft and does so spectacularly.”

-BROADWAY WORLD

“…the highlights of the performance are when Galina, Sergei’s girlfriend, takes the stage. Galina’s strong character and Da Silva's stronger delivery adds notable spice, giving us insight into who she is despite the limited information revealed about her.”
